1. Products and Services

Waukesha Landscape Supply offers a range of landscape materials, including:

• Mulch / Rubber Mulch

• Decorative Stone

• Wood Recycling Center services

• Commercial Wood Grinding services

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, the final product color, size, and composition may vary slightly.

2. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

• Payment Processing: All payments for products and services are processed securely through QuickBooks Payments (an Intuit company). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of your order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product or service.

3. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery: Delivery services are available for an additional fee. You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your property during delivery if you have provided inadequate instructions.

• Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order at our physical location. Please adhere to our operating hours and safety guidelines.

4. Wood Recycling and Grinding Services

• Prohibited Materials: Our Wood Recycling Center and Commercial Wood Grinding services are for wood materials only. You agree not to bring any materials that are contaminated or contain hazardous substances, metal, concrete, or other non-wood items. You are responsible for any damages or additional fees resulting from non-compliance.

• Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those you bring to our facility. Please follow all posted signs and instructions from our staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

Waukesha Landscape Supply and its employees will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages) arising from the use of our products or services, or your use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to your property, personal injury, or financial loss.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waukesha Landscape Supply, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
